Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or both, we have the personalized fitness programs for you!

Regular exercise should be a part of everyone’s life; however, many people find it difficult to fit exercise into their busy lifestyles. We’ve all been there—we join a health club, start an exercise regimen, and after about two weeks lose that initial excitement, fail to see any results, and give up. This is where our ESAC F.I.T., Functional Integrated Training, Fitness Specialists provide the added value to help you achieve your fitness goals.

ESAC’s Personal Trainers motivate you to succeed with a scientifically-based fitness program designed for you. Our trainers are certified through national accredited certification programs and are required to continuously practice safe and effective exercises.

So, what should you expect in a training session? After assessing your current fitness level, your personal trainer will tailor an exercise program to fit your needs. They will provide nutritional education, perform follow-up assessments, and most importantly, motivate you throughout your transformation journey.

The personal training program includes individual sessions, F.I.T. Fusion--small group training, Journey to Fitness—small group orientation, and our very popular ES Extreme Boot Camps.

ESAC F.I.T is the name of our personal training program. It is an individualized program that allows the client to choose a path that best suits their fitness needs. The program includes, but is not limited to, four “tracks:”

Lean Track - Toned muscle, Less body fat, More energy
Lean Track - Core stability, Flexibility, Balance, Functional Strength
Muscle Track - Bigger, Stronger, Leaner
Sport Track - Jump Higher, Serve Harder, Drive Farther, and Finish Quicker

Each of our trainers has an area of expertise, but is more than capable of modifying any workout to the individual client.
